Delivery inside the EU

Our prices include VAT. For private persons or companies without a VAT number these prices are valid. If you live within the EU and have a company with a valid VAT number our system deducts automatically 23% VAT from the product prices.

Delivery outside the EU

Please note that all prices on our website are quoted inclusive Finnish VAT. If you live outside the EU (European Union) our system deducts automatically 23% VAT from the product prices.

How to order

Purchasing from our web shop is safe and easy. We accept Visa, Master Card and Visa Electron credit cards. We do not pass on your personal details to any third party.

Online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology. Payments are made via a secure digital credit card system by Luottokunta (a Finnish card payment service company). The service secures automatically the merchant. Our company does not see your credit card details at any point.

Shopping cart

Find an item you want to buy. Then click on the 'Add to Cart' button on the right side of the item. You can check and change the contents in your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart link located in the right side at the top of the screen or at the bottom of the screen. If you modify the contents of your shopping cart, save the changes then by clicking on the "Update" button.

  1. Check your shopping cart: items and number of items. Accept the terms and conditions and go to next page.
  2. Fill in your contact information carefully. You can choose a different delivery address if you like. Finally click on the "Next page" button.
  3. Once you have checked your order, click on the "Submit order" button. We will send you the order confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have received your order.
  4. Give your credit card information. We will deliver your order within 7 days.

Terms of delivery

Buyer

The buyer must be over 18 years of age. The buyer must inform of his/her name, address, phone number, email address and alternative delivery address. The order confirmation will be sent by email.

Handling and delivery time:

Our aim is to send orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If an unknown problem does occur with the delivery, we will contact you and inform you of the situation.

For deliveries we use registered letters and parcels which include item tracking. The order will be delivered to your home address or your nearest post office, depending on the procedures of your country. The delivery time is 3-10 days.

Shipping and handling costs to EU countries

Shipping costs depend on weight as follows:

0-1 kg 15,00 euros
1-5 kg 40,00 euros
5-30 kg 60,00 euros

Shipping costs depend on weight as follows:

0-1 kg 25,00 euros
1-5 kg 60,00 euros
5-30 kg 230,00 euros

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order in full before it is dispatched. Please contact us by email info@pedihealth.fi.

Exhanges and returns

You can exchange or return any unwanted items that are damaged or faulty or incorrectly shipped within 7 days of receiving your order. Please return items in the same condition (unused, clean, unwashed) as they were delivered to you. Contact info@pedihealth.fi before returning the items. We will pay back the returned item to your bank account only after we have received it. If you want to return an unwanted but correct product you have to pay the return postage yourself.

If the item you received is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please contact info@pedihealth.fi. We will send you a new product without any additional shipping costs. Disagreements between buyer and seller will be solved primarily through bilateral negotiations. The Finnish law will be applied.
