3. Purpose of maintaining the register

Information in the register is used for handling client relations.

4. Contents of register

The register can contain following data of customer:

  • Name
  • Address
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • Company
  • Company address
  • Order information

5. Regular information sources

Information concerning the customer is received from the customer’s purchase.

6. Regular handovers of information

Information stored in the register is not given out to third parties, unless Pedihealth Oy is compelled to do so by a Finnish authority.

7. Deleting registry information

 The customers have the right to forbid the store of their personal data in the register.

8. Regular handovers of information and transfers of information outside the EU and the European Economic Area

The customer information is not transferred outside the EU and the European Economic Area.

9. Protection of the register

Customer information is stored confidentially. The information network and equipment where the registry is maintained is protected with firewalls and other technical measures.
