iCup is a single-use sterile obstetric vacuum extractor, connected to an electric suction pumps. It consists of a cup, a traction system with an adjustable handle and a suction tube.

iCup offers several advantages to the operator, the child and the patient:
- A notch on the cup to guide it
- An atraumatic and soft cup with gentle design to prevent the foetus scalp and the patient from any injury
- A suction system inside the circumference of the cup allowing equal and homogenous pressure
- Optimum delivery due to the traction coming from the exact center of the cup with a 360° mobility
- A universal nozzle at the end of the suction tube to connect iCup to most of suction system
